The Japanese restaurant "KAWASHO" offers "Edomae Unagi" which is steamed for a long time to give it a fluffy texture even after it is grilled. The lineup includes "Unaju (eel) stacked in a box with special sauce," "Hitsumabushi (eel stew)" to be enjoyed with soup stock and condiments, and "Shiroyaki (broiled eel)" to taste the eel itself, so that you can enjoy all the deliciousness of eel.
