How are you all doing?

We are an "Edomae eel specialty restaurant" that can be used for a wide range of occasions from business occasions to anniversaries and family meals. Using only carefully selected domestic eels, we offer "Unaju", which is fluffy and grilled with exquisite heat, and "Hitsumabushi", which can be eaten topped with condiments or with dashi (Japanese soup stock) like chazuke (rice in a green tea bowl).
