How is everyone doing?

We offer a variety of eel dishes such as "Unaju" (eel stew with special sauce), "Hitsumabushi" (eel stew with broth and condiments), "Umaki" (eel roll), and "Kimoyaki" (grilled eel with liver). We use domestically produced eels, so you can enjoy the fluffy and tender texture and the delicious taste of high-quality fat.
