Kawasho is an Edomae eel specialty restaurant where you can enjoy eels carefully selected domestically. By steaming the eel slowly for a long time, we offer "Unaju, Hitsumabushi, and Kabayaki," which allows you to enjoy the plump texture even after grilling, as well as "Uzaku" and "Umaki," which are standard eel dishes.

The entire staff will do our best to serve delicious food.
