Hitsumabushi can be enjoyed in three different ways and is very satisfying!
We recommend it to all tourists who have yet to try Hitsumabushi.
First, you will enjoy the unaju as it is.
The sweet and spicy sauce and the eel are well mixed and appetizing.
The second bowl is served with condiments of your choice.
The flavors of the condiments will accentuate the taste.
The final dish is full of flavor made with high-quality Soda bonito, mackerel shavings, and kelp from the south of Hokkaido.
Enjoy it in chazuke with dashi broth.
